GUITARS
Cameron Jones: (Ian Cooper, Hank Marvin, Daniel Wetlinger, Ian Date). Virtuoso Gypsy jazz guitarist, also the creative director of OzManouche international festival held at the iconic Brisbane Jazz Club.
Richard Ashby: (Spyglass Gypsies, Andrew Scott, Shannon Haritos). A versatile accompanist and recording guitarist as well as a featured artist at many prominent Jazz and Blues festivals.
Jim Pennell: (Guitarra Quartet, Paco Peña, The Grigoryan Brothers, Phil Manning, Monsieur Camembert). A phenomenal leading Jazz guitarist with a passion for Latin Jazz / Bossa Nova.
Peter Malone: (CJ trio, Ian Date, Emma Hamilton, Noriah Letts). Smiley Gypsy Jazz guitarist and educator, having performed with many Gypsy Jazz legends.
PIANO
Rodric White: (James Morrison, Don Burrows, Dale Barlow). A maestro pianist whose reputation in Australia precedes him, having worked with many Jazz masters.
Carolyn Packer: (Junior Wells, John Hammond, Charlie Musselwhite, The Sweet Patooties). Seamlessly blending blues, jazz, swing, funk, and soul, with a soft spot for boogie-woogie.
Lionel Robinson: (The Royal Family, Ronnie Scott’s, Hammersmith Odeon). Known for his 1960s-style cocktail jazz and Latin lounge music, he has been involved in many local and international Jazz festivals.
DRUMS
Andy Byrnes: (ACDC, INXS, John Fogerty, The Divinyls, The Easybeats). Multifaceted forever smiley drummer, whose collaborations include some of the biggest names in the music industry.
Steve Ley: (Jeff Duff, Steve Morrison, Rodric White, Peter Kolhoff). A professional drummer, teacher, writer and transcriber based in Sydney.
ACCORDION
Eddie Bronson: (Monsieur Camembert, Marcello Maio, Mark Harris, Daniel Wetlinger). Multi-instrumentalist also playing tenor and soprano saxophone, clarinet, flute, a legend in his own right.
Philippe Wittwer: (Opera Singers, Roving Minstrels, Cabaret Acts and Children’s Shows). A world class musician/entertainer performing French, Italian, German, English and South American styles.
BASS
Fiona Lugg: (Jan Rutherford, Phoebe Haselden, Brendan Berlach). She appears on many jazz and studio recordings, and has toured extensively. She teaches at the Conservatorium of Music.
David Seidel: (Barry Humphries, Buddy Tate, Bob Barnard, George Washingmachine, Bob Henderson, Chuck Morgan and many more). Legendary bass player and an iconic name in Australian Jazz.
Hugh Fraser: (Brian May. Roger Taylor, Grace Knight, James Morrison, Dale Barlow, Tina Arena, Missy Higgins). Has performed with many international performers. He teaches at the Conservatorium of Music.
Georges Magnan: (The Sydney Gypsies, Cameron Jones, Eddie Bronson). Currently playing at most Sydney iconic jazz venues, and at jazz festivals in Australia and overseas.
